Northlight Systems warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year.We offer a full refund on the purchase price if returned in original, unused and "like new", condition in less than 30 days form the purchase date.
Drilled out mounting holes is not considered "like new".

Returns Policy

If there is a defect, we will repair or replace the product, at out discretion. We offer a full refund on the purchase price if returned in original, unused and 'like new' condition in less than 30 days.
Return the product with a description of the problem.
Free repairs are for defective parts or workmanship only.

Repairs due to improper hookup, over voltage, short circuits, physical damage etc., will be charged to the customer.

A note about PayPal accounts.

If you do not want to setup a PayPal account you do not have to.
Just send an email to info@NorthlightDMX.com , listing the products you want and the shipping method.
We will send a 'PayPal invoice' by email.
A PayPal invoice is an email with a link to PayPal.
You can enter your credit card info without an account.
It is the same as a phone order, just made online.

Secure web pages are not necessary on NorthlightDMX.com.
Northlight does not use cookies. We do not attempt to collect any information from web browsers.
All transactions are made on the PayPal secure web site. The PayPal buttons just send part numbers and quantity to PayPal. No personal info.
All pricing and shipping info is stored on the PayPal web site and Northlight can't change your order cost except to issue refunds.
Northlight can't charge your credit card, you must initiate an order your self. We can't change your order except to cancel or issue refunds.
Northlight never sees your banking info, account number or any other personal information except the email address and shipping address you enter on PayPAl.
Most of these security restrictions are required by PayPal to provide a secure and safe transaction.

Shipping
Northlight offers Priority Mail and Express mail services.
Priority mail in the USA is usually 2nd day.
Priority mail to Canada take usually 3-5 days to Canadian customs. After that it is up to Canadian customs to process the package.

Express worldwide in the USA is next day(overnight).
Express outside the USA is usually 3-5 days to the destination country. Then it goes to that countries customs and then their postal service.

We combine shipping. Click on your shipping choice only once per order.
If you overpay for shipping we will refund the difference from actual cost.
